Fees

INITIAL CONSULTATION

The initial consultation is an opportunity to discuss both the main difficulties that brought you to therapy and your desired outcome. It also allows us to determine whether I am the right therapist for you. If we decide to work together, we will discuss the details of therapeutic contract and agree on a regular weekly session time.

Sessions are on weekly basis only. I apply “no-cancellation” policy.

FEES

There is a set fee per session. Reduced rates may be available depending on your circumstances and availability. Extended sessions are charged proportionally based on the standard session rate.

Psychotherapy sessions: from £95 per session.

EMDR sessions: £125 per session.

Block bookings (EMDR only):

• 6 sessions – £690
• 12 sessions – £1,320

Supervision: £95

PAYMENTS

Fees are payable in advance to confirm your session. Payments can be made by bank transfer.

INSURANCE

I am recognised by healthcare insurance companies: AXA, AVIVA. PLEASE NOTE: If you are using insurance, you will need an authorisation number before booking. You will pay upfront before your session and I will provide you with a receipt that you submit to your provider for reimbursement.
