I know what it’s like to feel vulnerable, and to have to deal with problems that bring up difficult issues from our pasts. I’m glad you found your way to my website. Coming to recognise that we need support is often the hardest step on our journey.
As a therapist specialising in working with trauma, depression and anxiety disorders I seek to provide a warm and non-judgemental space in which to explore what is going on for you.
I believe that we all have what is needed inside us to find solutions to the problems we are struggling with. My approach is to help you restore your inner strength, resources and potential to achieve well-being and positive, lasting changes in life.
